However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@bannarasigehnaa.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you paid via COD, we will issue the refund through bank transfer (details will be collected during the return process).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanged product will be delivered in 3 days

Replacement product will be delivered in 2 days
